Cardenas Training Solutions was started by DJ Cardenas after experiencing a lack of proper resources for training throughout his career. Although the companies he worked for had a ton of resources for employees, it was often dated, unclear and unengaging content that most other leaders struggled retaining. Inspired by seeing the gap in training and employee growth, CTS was born as the platform the lead the forefront in Leadership and Team Development. With our CTS Academy and many other trainings, our main focus is to be your partner on the journey of growth. Not only for you to succeed, but to help you impact others along the way.
